Terms & Conditions
In consideration for all our clients, if you are running late, please phone ahead, we will try to accommodate as best we can. Please understand we only allocate a specific amount of time for each treatment to be carried out. If you are late, your appointment may have to be shortened so as the next clients treatment is not affected. You will be charged for the amount of time and treatment you reserved when booking your appointment.
We suggest for First time treatments that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time to fill in your consultation card and relax prior to your treatment.
Medical Information
Some of our treatments may not be suitable or may require some adjusting, should you have a medical condition or ailment. Please inform us at time of booking if any of the following contra-indications apply:

High Blood Pressure
Skin Conditions
Low Blood Pressure
Pregnancy
Varicose Veins
Heart Conditions
Recent Operations
Epilepsy
Scar Tissue
Diabetes
Medication
Any other medical condition
Cancellations
Please give 24 hour notice of cancellation to avoid a 50% charge. If you do not turn up for more than 2 appointments to The Hideaway Full payment will be requested upon booking all future appointments.
If you are unable to keep your appointment for any reason, please contact us 24 hours prior to your appointment time. In the event that a cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to booking, please be advised that you will be charged 50% of the price of the treatment. No show appointments will be charged in full – this includes treatments booked from courses; you will forfeit one of your treatments already paid for in a course if you do not cancel in advance or fail to show up for your appointment.
Waiting List
If we are unable to accommodate your appointment, we will place you on our priority waiting list and contact you if your requested treatment time becomes available.
Children
For insurance health and safety children under 16 are not allowed on the premises unless they are being treated and have parental consent.
Covid -19
Prior to your appointment you receive the Covid -19 form to be completed and submitted prior to your treatment.

Secure Online Payments
We do not store any card information on our site. We do not ask you to input your card information on our site. All payment information is handled and processed by Stripe our Payment Service Provider.
Stripe uses a range of secure methods such as fraud screening, I.P. address blocking and 3D secure. Once on the Stripe system, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards.
Stripe is a secure payment gateway and Level 1 PCI DSS (Payment Card Data Security Standard) compliant to the highest level and maintains regular security audits. They are also regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure their systems are impenetrable.
